Hello Long Sleeve,
In 30 days, HubSpot will start using Snowflake as a Sub-Processor to help power the HubSpot platform.
We're giving you a heads up because under our Data Processing Agreement (or DPA), we have agreed to notify you of changes in our Sub-Processors. You also have the right to object and opt out of having your customer data processed in Snowflake.
We have agreed to terms with Snowflake to protect your data and we remain responsible to you for our Sub-Processors' compliance with the obligations in our DPA. For more information about how HubSpot engages Sub-Processors and how we are ensuring that your data is protected, please review our DPA. You can also review the full list of Sub-Processors by clicking here.
If you wish to opt out, you will lose access to features and future functionality that will rely on this update. To opt out, or if you have additional questions, submit the form on this page within 30 days of this notice to let us know your intention. Once you have submitted the form, a member of our response team will be in contact with you. With them, you will review what opting out will mean for your account, talk through any questions you may have, and confirm your wish to opt out.
If you do not wish to opt out, no action is required.
Thanks,
The HubSpot Team
P.S. You are receiving this email because you are a Super Admin in a HubSpot portal.
